fourth of july, 29th of me

毎年性懲りもなくやってくる誕生日。

今年は朝から貿易実務検定試験でした。Ｃ級Ｂ級の併願だったので朝から夕方までみっちりテスト。さすがに疲れたーーーー。試験後すぐに解答をもらえるので自己採点した結果、どちらも合格。よかったよかった。勉強した甲斐があった。
その後相方（もうロンゲでも似非ジェジュンでもない）と合流、アイスティとフルーツタルトをおごってもらい、誕生日プレゼントを何となく捜すが、正直何も欲しいものがなく断念。最近物欲ナッシング。その後トレス系メンバーと合流。ビールをたくさん補給してＢＴＱ。

翌日もブラブラと出かけ、結局コマゴマとしたモノを買ってもらった。

真ん中の物体は何かと言うと、じゃじゃーん！

B・U・D・D・H・A 　ブッダでした。

ブッダ１体くらいは手元に欲しいなと思っていたので、嬉しいです。仏教徒ではありませんが。何の因果か仏教の勉強をする機会がこれまでの人生で数回あり、その結果、ブッダはそこそこ好きです。心の平穏をもう少し意識できればいいと思う。平穏は無意識にやってくるのか。どうだろ？

昔好きで聞いてたバンドのボーカルが去年セカンドソロアルバムを出してたことを知る。思わずネット上で聴きあさり。インターネットって本当に便利。ついでに当時（１５年くらい前）聞きまくってたソングも聴いちゃう。懐かしくって、うわー！

当時ハナタレ中学生だった僕には、Disco 2000 は大人っぽく聴こえてたと思う。ブリットポップもよく知らんし、田舎の中学生には彼らが英国でどんなけのもんだったのか知る由もなくて。でも友人のお兄さんのＣＤラックからこっそり借りたＣＤは、今まで聴いたことないような音楽で。テープに録音して繰り返し聴いたもんだ。あーーーーナツカシイ。

went to see a baby girl Amane. a tiniest baby i've ever seen. very cute.

one little shopping for father's bd gift, then stopped by Tres for two glasses of draft beer.

june 6

birthday party for Jun-san at a chinese place. huge amount of delicious dishes. i couldn't sleep that night since i was extremely stuffed. i learned a couple days later some of others couldn't neither. anyway another fun night, as usual. pic on right is the birthday boy's portrait i drew, which i put on a cap of the sho-chu bottle for the gift. i think it looks like him very well. good job myself!

our mighty Mark landed. lots of beer with him. would have be nice if he stayed more days. another fun night again.

team YAGI irregularly for World Cup. four of us, pizza, snacks and beer. Akira left for the last train, but Ito stayed until the next morning. they are alwasy more then welcome. possibly one or more world cup night before the final.
